Kick off 2025 with a renewed focus on health and wellness! This January, we’re offering energizing fitness classes in the ballroom to help you stay motivated and on track with your goals. Whether you’re looking to build strength, tone your body, or find your inner calm, we’ve got you covered.
Class Schedule:
Chrissy Jones' Circuit Strength & Toning
Tuesdays: 8:00 AM & 6:00 PM
Thursdays: 7:00 AM
Join Chrissy for a dynamic workout that combines strength training and toning exercises designed to build muscle and improve overall fitness. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling strong and accomplished!

Kayla Wightman’s Slow Flow Yoga
Wednesdays: 6:00 PM
Unwind and stretch with Kayla’s gentle Slow Flow Yoga class. This session focuses on mindful movement and relaxation, perfect for relieving stress and enhancing flexibility.
Cost:
Members/Staff: $5 per class
Non-Members: $10 per class
What to Bring:
Your own yoga mat (limited mats available)
A water bottle to stay hydrated
