Are you ready to take your fitness routine to the next level? Get ready to sweat it out because circuit training is coming to Beau Rivage by popular demand! We've heard your requests for fitness classes loud and clear, and we're thrilled to announce that circuit training has been named the most requested addition for 2024. So mark your calendars because starting April 2nd, we're kicking off our Circuit Training Drop-in Classes every Tuesday at 9 AM in the Beau Rivage Ballroom. BYO Yoga Mat (there will be a limited number for lend).





What is Circuit Training?

Circuit training is a dynamic and effective workout method that targets strength, flexibility, and coordination. It involves performing sets of specific exercises with brief rest periods in between. Each exercise is carefully selected to work different muscle groups, providing a comprehensive full-body workout in a single session. Meet Your Instructor: Chrissy Jones

Leading our Circuit Training Drop-in Classes is none other than Chrissy Jones—a fitness enthusiast with a passion for promoting healthy living. Chrissy hails from Wilmington, NC, and holds a degree in physical therapy from UNC Chapel Hill. With over three decades of experience in teaching fitness classes, including aquatic exercise, Chrissy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our community at Beau Rivage.


While Chrissy still works on call as a physical therapist, she's thrilled to expand her horizons and share her love for healthy exercise with others. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply break a sweat, Chrissy's classes are designed to cater to your fitness goals.
