Only thing saving this review was the course and carts being in great shape. Other than that, we played a 3 hour and 30... minute round and were barked at twice to pick up the pace. It threw us off our game and made the remaining holes pretty miserable. Plenty of other good courses around town to play at. Won't be back.read more

My husband and I got married at the Beau Rivage this past November, and it was the best day of our lives. Of course... having family and friends at the wedding makes it special but Ellen, Susan and the rest of the staff at the Beau Rivage made sure that everything ran smoothly and expectations were exceeded prior to the wedding and the day of the wedding. I booked this venue because it was beautiful inside and out and the customer service was exceptional. We had some unusual requests and they just rolled with it! The staff made us feel welcomed everytime we came to visit. I could not have asked for a better venue. I wish I could relive this day over and over again. I highly recommend Beau Rivage to any couples considering it their wedding venue.read more

Challenging course ,nice greens , and great hospitality. A very friendly place with a great crew of workers. Greg and... his crew in the pro shop do a great job. Same with the kitchen and restaurant crew. Always feel welcomed.read more

It's a challenge. The cost is good for seniors. A military discount, retired or active, would be nice.

First time playing here. It was a golf outing I was surprised fairways where great greens where good and nice people... running the resort. I will be back!read more

Great place for golf and relaxation. Can't wait to visit again. Beautiful room, staff which make you feel like... family.The facility has ample space for Weddings, special occasion functions. Community dinners, Sunday brunches.It would be hard to find a resort of this quality tucked into a historic area.Visit you'll be glad you did!read more

We had an excellent time having our wedding here. Ellen, the director of events, is an incredibly sweet person and was... very helpful throughout our entire planning process. Both us and our guests were also impressed by the quality of the rooms. They were very cozy and clean. I would highly reccomend Beau Rivage to anyone looking to have their wedding or other event in a beautiful yet highly affordable venue.read more

We had a group of ladies to come stay and play for three days! We all were treated very nicely. The ladies all seemed... to enjoy their golf and stay. Hope we do it again year after year!read more

Room clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the back patio and looking out at the golf course. However, there were a... lot of wasps and nests. Would definitely stay here again.read more

The golf here is great. Course is in good shape, greens roll nicely. I visit the range quite a bit on my lunch break.... What I don't like are some of the silly policies they have. For Example, I brought my 3 year old with me to ride along and they wanted to charge me $20 to do so. I am just trying to expose him to the game and have him watch me play. He's not out there swinging clubs... Also, I was added to a group once when I wanted to play by myself a few months back and they wanted me to ride in the cart with someone I didn't know. I am sorry but that is ridiculous. I am helping you fill a group and make it 4 and you want me to ride with someone I don't know? I live in CB so this is the closest course and I am grateful to have a course that is close and nice. If I have the time though, I am making the drive 25 mins further to Magnolia Greens which offers the same (if not better) quality golf in a much more laid back environment.read more

The people here could not be nicer. The course itself was in good condition, however my one issue is the greens were... under repair and had A LOT of sand all over them. Ate lunch after playing which was actually really good and not too expensive.read more

A very fun place to stay. The room is very nice, but there is no fan in the bathroom. Why would there be no fan in the... bathroom? The pool is large, and fun to swim in. The staff here is super nice, and very helpful. Minus the lack of fans in the bathroom, this place has to be one of the better motels.read more
