Golf Club Memberships

Full Membership 
Full club membership runs concurrent from January 1st through December 31st. Annual dues cover member green fees and handicap fees for the year. Members play for a daily trail fee of $1.00 per hole. Enjoy truly unlimited rounds and waived daily fees  by adding our annual Trail Plan to your membership.  This option also permits registration of member-owned carts for year-round use on the course. Club Dues are payable monthly or in-full.
Club Single            Annual Dues:  $1,680.00/yr. ($140.00/mo.)          Trail Plan:  $1,800.00
Club Couple          Annual Dues:  $2,040.00/yr. ($170.00/mo.)          Trail Plan:  $2,700.00

Seasonal Membership
Designed for seasonal residents, part-time locals and extended vacationers, our seasonal membership opportunities provide all the same perks as full membership but are available strictly on a quarterly basis of any three consecutive months. The applicant must show proof of primary residency at least one-hundred miles outside of the Greater Wilmington area. Seasonal dues are paid in-full upon joining. Trail Plans may be pro-rated for the term.
Seasonal Single: $520.00         Seasonal Couple: $610.00          Seasonal Family: $700.00

Business Membership
Business membership entitles up to five cardholders to golf club perks without paying monthly dues or daily trail fees.  Instead, individual rounds of golf with cart (ProShot GPS included) are pre-purchased in bundles of thirty ($40.00/ea.), sixty ($37.50/ea.) or ninety ($35.00/ea.) full rounds that may be used any day, any time without expiration. Nine holes will be counted as half of one round. Must be paid with a valid business check or company card.
30 Rounds: $1,200.00                60 Rounds: $2,250.00                 90 Rounds: $3,150.00 
 

Resort Memberships & Recreational Passes

Full Membership
Full resort memberships run concurrent from January 1st through December 31st and are payable monthly of up-front.  These memberships  provide unlimited use of swimming and tennis amenities with waived payment of daily fees.  Also includes unlimited guest privileges, preferred pricing and member loyalty rewards.
Resort Single                   Annual Dues:  $420.00/yr. ($35.00/mo.)
Resort Couple                 Annual Dues:  $540.00/yr. ($45.00/mo.)
Resort Family                 Annual Dues:  $660.00/yr. ($55.00/mo.)

Recreational Passes
Available as an alternative to full resort membership, recreational passes provide a holder with unlimited use of individual amenities chosen by waiving the payment of daily public fees. Recreational passes do not entitle a passholder to any other perks of membership like guest privileges, discounts or loyalty rewards.
