Need some time off from everyday life? You’ll find plenty of rest and relaxation when you spend the night. Designed to accommodate big golf packages and groups, our two-room clubhouse suites are much larger than a typical hotel room. Each suite features over 900 square feet of space with two beds and an extra sleeper sofa in the common area, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. A small kitchenette offers the convenience of a wet bar and mini-fridge in the common area as well. The separate common area and thermostat allow for a sound sleep and peaceful serenity at night, especially while the digital and high-speed Wi-Fi connection entertain the more restless guests. Best of all, each suite features a private patio or balcony (depending on the floor level) with picturesque views of the course and grounds.  You will not find a more relaxing, laid-back retreat in all of Wilmington.

The above rates are based on double room occupancy (excluding tax). For each additional adult guest, an occupancy fee of $20 per night will apply. Children ages 12 and under stay at Beau Rivage Golf & Resort at no additional charge. We offer a discount for Seniors, AAA Members and more! Discounts not applicable on top of any promotional rates. We also offer extended-stay rates for those staying a minimum of 7 nights.








Deposits and Payments
A major credit card is required to guarantee reservations at booking.  Payment in full is due at check in.

Cancellations/Refunds
All lodging reservations require a 48-hour cancellation notice prior to arrival. If cancelled within 48 hours, the first night's stay will be charged to the credit card on file.

Taxes
All rates are subject to a 7% New Hanover County Sales Tax and a 6% New Hanover Occupancy Tax.

Check In/Out
Guests may check in any time after 2:00pm. Check out is by 11:00am. Please note that any guest checking in abter normal clubhouse hours must notify the Reservations Desk ahead of time to prepare lock-box arrangements. Guests checking out are welcome to use resort facilities for the entire day (on the date of departure).

Pet Policy
Pet-friendly rooms are subject to availability.  A security deposit is required.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted in group hospitality rooms. Smoking in any clubhouse suite is strictly prohibited. In the event that any guest disregards this policy, a $250 reconditioning fee will be applied to the guest's credit card file.
